In the opening scenes the red haired lady and browned haired man that say they are from the Health Services then seem to go after the same goal. Are they working for the same people?
Dr. Who breaks in while the lady walks in casually. They ask the Adipose employees the same questions and obtain the same information. Both of them visit the same type of people; people taking Adipose. They asked them similar questions. However, when the lady is broken apart by the drug she took both of the characters take off chasing after it. Dr. Who has a utensil he uses to track the "fat" and the lady just chases what she feels is the right path towards the Adipose van.
The female character asks her grandpa to yell for her if he ever sees a blue box flying across the sky. What could the in the box? What is its meaning?
The blue box could be a metaphor for some other thing in the sky that she wants to see or obtain. It could also be something to keep her grandparents from asking too many questions. If the box really does have importance there could have been information in a previous episode. Maybe the box is something that Dr. Who created or that she had found and tried to cover up.
