In the scene where Echo and Paul find Topher in Neuropia. He is quite messed up in the mind. Why did he get so bad?
Topher may have been screwed up by the amount of times that he had forced innocent people to change their identities to please others. Also, being under the intense pressure that he was under from people in the Dollhouse asking him to repeatedly improve his technology and come up with new ways to input the information into the dolls' brains. This stress could have finally made him just snap.
In the scene where Echo and Cierra are destroying the tech and where Cierra introduces T to Tony. Is T really Tony's son?
Cierra could just have introduced T to Tony as his son because she loves Tony and he had always be there for her. Also, T never had a father and since everything is going back to "normal" it could also be that she wants to have a father figure for T to look up to for the rest of his life. Tony would not know any better because he has had his personality changed so many times that he needs something for sure in his future.
