Blog 6: Battlestar Galactica "Scattered"

In a lot of numerous places, the main characters of the crew of the Battlestar are scattered throughout the galaxy.  Also, many situations of mutiny are occurring suddenly, why is this happening?

There have already been many accounts of mutiny like when the female pilot shoots Commander Adama.  She shoots him twice in the chest as if she knew what she was doing.  Yet, when she is being dragged away, she yells asking what did she do and that she didn't do it as if being controlled by something else.  Another instance is where Starbuck is trying to kill Sharon because she accuses her of being a Cylon, as she is believed to be carrying He-Lo's baby.  All this mass confusion is because the new knowledge that the Cylons have been disguised as humans and no one is able to be trusted anymore because anyone could turn out to be a Cylon.

After Sharon shoots Commander Adama, she is taking to a holding cell and guarded.  When Tigh comes to interrogate her, he comes close to shooting her, but he doesn't.  Why doesn't Tigh shoot Sharon?

Sharon has been brutally beat, smacked, punched, and thrown by Tigh as he asks her who did she take her orders from.  When Sharon answers that her orders were from no one, Tigh asks a guard for a gun and he puts the gun to her head after she had taunted him and telling him to kill her already.  Yet, Tigh has a flashback of when he first met Commander Adama and pulls back the gun.  I am still confused as to why he doesn't shoot her, but I am noticing Tigh is having a lot of flashback memories of when he first met Commander Adama and their journey to get back on the fleet.
